My guy you are literally judging based on establishment on campus. For instance, I have heard a lot more buzz from lambda chi than sami and same goes for kappa sig/sig pi vs acacia. Sig nu and fiji are equal

Kappa Sig and Sig Pi 100% better than Acacia. Don’t get me wrong I hate them both but you gotta give them props for this year so far

Alright so it's pretty clear we're all on the same page for some things and then slightly vary on a few others so I'll explain.
A Sig
Sig Nu/Fiji
-The only people arguing which is better is people in these two Frats. Fiji has a nicer house, but I've heard are more douchey and such. I've seen more girls wear Sig Nu shirts, but I've heard Fiji parties harder. Who's better? Doesn't matter, they both are similar.
Acacia/Sig Pi
Kappa Sig
- People always swap things around. One thing I have to say is Kappa Sigma is still new, did not pull a larger pledge class this fall like Acacia and Sigma Pi, and don't have an established Philo presence or anything like that. Which is why I would say Acacia/Sig Pi on the same level. And then Kappa Sigma one notch lower. I have heard great things about their parties though and their house is nice despite not having a proper party space. Acacia vs Sigma Pi, eh, they've both been around for a long time, Acacia a bit longer but had a slower start. Sigma Pi has a bigger basement, but Acacia has a better basement. Acacia's house is unique so it's hard to compare with Sigma Pi's. Keeping them at the same level, haven't heard enough about Sigma Pi parties to compare but I'm sure they've been decent.

Honestly idk, they kinda just got there cause they've been around the longest and sorta by default. I feel like I don't hear about them too much nowadays

I don’t know why everyone thinks acacia has so much hype over sig pi and ksig. Quite a few of them are weird as hell and they’ve been like that since I was a freshman. Maybe it’s just their older members and have started getting a bit better with newer pledge classes, but clearly sig pi and kappa sig are on a way bigger come up than acacia especially since moving out of their chapter house. These dudes live in an apartment for christ sake lmao. I can’t compare from sig pi because I really haven’t heard much from them this semester but I heard kappa sigs getting some crazy recognition from greek life with what they have been doing this semester.

All 3 of them have new houses. I've been to all 3. Acacia's house/complexes deserves more credit than you make it out to be, but ur right they have a lack of common rooms and a "house" feeling, but they got a basement and hella property/darty space, and the rooms are nice. Acacia and Kappa Sigma have been doing better than Sigma Pi with parties as far as I have heard, and maybe Kappa Sigma has been a bit better socially than Acacia. But the smaller PC still proves a point. Kappa Sig though is still so new I don't think they deserve to be on Par with Sig Pi or Acacia. They aren't established much, but with their house they finally are breaking onto the social scene and doing well at that I must admit.

Also I do know Sigma Pi is close with AGD and possibly Zeta know that they're close, but idk who Acacia and Kappa Sigma are close with

True. They have the old AGR house so they're invincible. Top tier next year for sure.
