I’m co-oping this fall and am sort of out of the mix. I’ve been looking on various Instagram postings.
What was sorority quota this fall? Did most achieve it, exceed it?
And how did the newer groups do?

Primary Recruitment quota was 38. Houses that are not at campus total (not sure what that number is) may do COB.
Tri Sigma/Kappa/ADPi/Tri Delta all took quota, but can still do COB to meet campus total.
AOPi did not meet quota during primary recruitment.
Not sure about the other houses, but just a note that just because a house is doing COB, that does not mean they did not make PR quota. :-)

I’m in another house I love. BUT, had Kappa been here when I rushed, I would have seriously considered it.
They are definitely a National powerhouse and have made big moves already (that house, tho). If they keep it up, they could be solid middle for sure, and pass up houses like Phi Sig (who are pretty nonexistent nationally).
The same could be said of AOPi, but not sure what happened with that house debacle.

NO chapter is required to bid any student who doesn't meet their qualifications of education and character. No chapter is forced to perform COB by ISU if they aren't at total, although chapters are often encouraged to bid to total by their own NPC group's national council. Each group has their pluses and minuses, and all pnms should feel there is a home for them if they are willing to have an open mind and heart during any recruitment process.
