sorority hazing at isu
by: girlDo any of the sororities on campus haze? I’ve heard people say that DZ and Chi O haze and my top choice is DZ so this kind of scares me

No, I was in delta zeta but dropped because I couldn’t balance it with my schedule. I have two majors. They never hazed and never made us do anything. You literally will never be told do anything or ever be hazed.

I dropped DZ bc of the harassment and straight up HAZING that occurred and you cant deny it forever. you know who you are

They do haze they make all the new pledges drink on bid day and they got all drunk and half the girls never drank before and were throwing up and the older girls were yelling at them. If that doesn’t sound like hazing..

DZ does not haze. I can promise you they do not and are actually incredible careful to never do anything even remotely similar to hazing for example they are not even allowed to have required study hours because they are afraid that it will be considered hazing. I love DZ don’t let these responses from girls who don’t know anything about the sorority scare you. DZ loves their babies

They don’t haze at all. They absolutely love their babies. My friend is in the sorority and they are seriously all so nice!! My friend was also scared of this occurring when she joined and she’s the type who would’ve dropped or reported it if hazing occurred. In fact, I don’t believe any of the soroities haze. If that helps? Like they have a house mom and a higher up adult in the Greek life that watches what they do and watches what they post on social media. I wouldn’t worry one bit about hazing. Also this isn’t the place to ask to be honest. The replies and rankings are mostly from girls in other sororities trying to bring down each other. Which is fairly sad because girls should support girls. However, to answer your question again: No. They don’t haze. No sorority does here at ISU.

Dz girls will write that they don’t haze but I have several friends that got haze while being in DZ. These girls haze the girls so much that they have to drop. These past few years they had to open up informal recruitment due to too many girls dropping cause of hazing.

They haze really bad my friend dropped and had to transfer to a new school because she was in DZ and hated it, it was so bad. They told her she needed to lose weight also other stuff but.. Chi O hazes but not as bad a DZ.
