A lot of babies dropped because they couldn’t live in. They are on probation for many reasons. My friend is in chi o and she was dirty rushed she hated it and dropped because they make them pay high dues but don’t tell them what they are paying for. Doesn’t make sense that they have high dues when they never have sisterhoods or dances.

One girl told me not to say anything but they got a date for the house and it will be up by next fall but they don’t want to promise anything so they aren’t giving a time frame. I really like them and that house is huge

they started building the house and it will be up hopefully by the end of the school year if not for sure for primary next year. the new house will help them pass tri sig and maybe adpi next year

Ever since 2015 they’ve said a house will be built by the end of the year. Anyone thats been on campus for a while now has heard them say it each and every year. I wont believe it till I see it.

you people are delusional. do you know how long it takes to build a house? especially a house that needs to fit 30+ girls? then get it checked and approved by the city, fire dept, etc? and they can’t be building in winter and it’s already starting to get cold. not to mention the plot of land they have isn’t remotely big enough to fit the house plans they posted.

As a member, I can confirm that a lot of if not all paperwork has been taken care of. They’re moving really quickly, and it’s even surprising us. Also, our house will only have 26-28 girls

Actually they very much can be building in the winter. They don’t just stop because of the weather. This is IL. Architects and builders plan for the weather. Skyscrapers have been built in the middle of winter in downtown Chicago.
