ACACIA has no national support

how would new frats get into a bidding war? They’re all small and wouldn’t be able to afford / fill the house or both.

ATO has huge alumni base here and and national support. They are probably the ones to take pikapp house if they do lose it

Nah, yeah I heard that the new ATO does have a lot of resources available. But they still are so so so new, so regardless they would have to wait to get numbers

pretty much been confirmed by 2 of my buds who were supposed to be living in the house next year but are now looking for apartments
