--- SAE was just colonized and will most likely be top tier replacing SigEp...we will see

Time to get this all straight up
TOP: PIKE, SIG CHI,
Middle: DCHI, Delta Sig AGR
Bottom: Alpha sig, ATO, Phi kappa psi, FARMHOUSE
Houses: That don't even count TKE, SIG EP, SIG TAU.... all kicked off.
Colonies: ACACIA, SAE both at 25 or under..... no houses.
Sterotypes: PIKES: mix of jocks and stoners. on social probation
SIG CHI: Could be top, but there seniors that graduate really make up the potential in the house
really depends on the pledge class they get
DCHI: very involved, mixed of hot guys and some odd dudes, has alot of potential
D SIG: Weird as hell, went down hill after their house burned. Needs a good pledge class
AGR: The cool farmers. chill, no lame like farm house
Alpha sig: rising up, have a house this year. We wil have to see
ATO: Just weird dudes.Have a decent house. Always wonder why they dont get a decent pledge class
Phi Kappa psi: weird, but involved on campus
Farm House: Quiet, dont bather anyone.
ACAICA: QUIET SMART KIDS.
SAE: of SIG chi drops that didn't make grades. Mix of ex sig eps. Well see if they can actually run a Fraternity.\n\n\n\n\n

Anyone know which fraternities own their house? I've heard only sigma chi, agr and farm house own. Fraternities used to be much larger like 100 guys. Now it seems like the big frats are 60 at most

There are a lot of existing structures that could be converted without building new and none of the exisitng frats are that large so you never know who could be bought out. Most frats don't own their houses

The apartments at isu r really nice and the fraternity houses are all total crap that no upper classmen would want to live in. Better to have a smaller house to host parties and for fraternity activities rather than some big place you can't fill. Just ask sig eps.This isn't the big 10 where the houses are like mansions. I'm sure sae will be good in a short period of time. They are a huge name like sig chi and sig eps. Their problem seems to be getting a bit too wild so we will see if they can sustain.

We will see.. but if you notice the larger more sucessfull houses Pike, Sigma Chi, Delta Chi, Delta Sig..all have larger houses...event TKE and Sig Ep they had houses and their numbers they all have/had 50 Plus members. The others with their small houses don't really have that many ppl. Phi psi, ATO, ASIG Akaica all less then 35

What do u mean ex sig eps and sig chis? I didn't think sae was coming back until this fall? They already have people starting it up?
