when is rush for frats

how many frats on campus? who are the top frats with the nicest house? frankly i havent really seen a nice house around, they sorta look dumpy. so fill me in

Acacia
Sig Pi

Apartment Complex frats:
Sig Nu

Some people say Fiji has the nicest house idk (Delta Chi's old house), haven't been in all of them.
