I've spoken to their brothers they lose the house next year. Young America is taking their house. Literally ask any of their brothers they'll tell you.

YA is taking bids for Acacia house....Sigma Nu is supposedly looking at it after their new landlord jacked up the rent next year, and YA has presented the house to a couple of other fraternities as well as at least one underground.
