I'll talk fraternities.
1. A sig - default top house, bid won't be easy to get. classic "frat"
2. Sig Nu - up and coming fraternity, parties are good, decent guys
3. AGR - country boys, really nice, do party, but ag house so not for everyone
4. FIJI - Another up and comer since they got dchi's house, definitely consider
5. acacia - nice, lower tier, throw okay parties
That's about it honestly, that's worth rushing

(Sig Nu lost their house and is moving to a some weird apartment complex, while FIJI is getting DCHI's house. Changes next year will be shown, who knows Sig Nu be in range with Sig Pi now lmao.
