KAPPA SIG top hauuss

Asig- Top house, top house guys. Know a lot of them and anyone who hates is most likely jealous or dont like the "top house" vibe, and thats fine. But socially, clearly top house

Sig Nu- Next in line socially after pi kapp got kicked off. Really coming into their own this year and are doing pretty well. Their house is weird (youll see during rush) but the guys seem pretty cool. Similar vibe to Asig, just not as established yet

Fiji- Hot take here, but id say they slot in at 3. They got the Dchi house and will be moving in the fall. DChi had arguably the nicest house on campus, so thats a big plus. A good pledge class could really solidify them here. Dont have the same "top house" vibe, but theyre definitely moving up, so we'll see how they do in the fall.

AGR- Theyre an agricultural fraternity nationally, so keep that in mind. That being said, they're not all farm boys. They stay pretty lowkey and are social with mid tier sororitys. Not a bad house for someone looking for a tight knit, low key greek life

Acacia- Theres a lot of debate on these dudes. On this site, they appear to be clearly over ranked. Socially, they only ever do things with sororitys on the low side of the "social ladder". Not that this is bad per se. Their house is jut meh. The guys seem like they have a strong brotherhood, but a lot of people in greek life see them as the "weird" house. Lot of weird guys in the house. Kind of on the outside of greek life, but a good fit for those looking for low key greek life and dont care about "rank"


Everyone else- More or less the same. DU, Kappa Sig, and SAMmys are all new. None have official chapter houses and dont really make a big impact in the greek community yet. Sig Pi has been established but still on the bottom here

All in all, just find where you fit best. No house is "bad". Its a brotherhood, find a house with guys youre comfortable with. They're yours for life.

Asig- Top House, alright guys. Throw with top sororitys
Sig any- Like A Sig but below them, establishing themselves nicely. House is on the eh side.
FIJI- Getting DChi house next year, could be a huge rise for them. Like Pi Kapp.
ACACIA-As stated above, throw with low-mid tier sororitys, occasionally known as the "weird guys" that are involved with the fraternity.
AGR- Farmhouses brothers
Sig Pi- irrelevant
SAMMY-irrelevant
Kappa Sig- super irrelevant
Farmhouse-Rush them

only rush Asig, Sig Nu, or FIJI since they’re getting the DChi house. Acacia is decent too, but they try sooo hard to be as high ranked as Sig Nu
