Are you guaranteed a bid for a house even if you don't get your first choice? I'll be a freshman next yr. Any tips?

Reason why NPHC African American/Latino American fraternities were created in the first place was because IFC white fraternities didn’t allow minorities into their fraternities. We never discriminate against white people joining Ours.
