Upper Middle: LXA, AEPi, Acacia
Middle: Phi Sig, Alpha Sig, Delta Sig
Lower: ATO, Sig Ep, Phi Psi
Bottom feeders: Sigs, Pike, SAE
Stay tuned for more updates redbirds. I am a professional analyst and put a lot of hard work into this list so I would love to hear some feedback. I will be touring every house and attending chapter related events during the semester to continue updating how the tiers change.

Official Rankings?? No way. Time to review your research. You've obviously made all of this up.
LXA has been closed for over two years,
TKE is closed,
SigEp is closed,
Phi Sig has been closed over ten years!
AEPi, Acacia are all first year colonies.....
SAE isn't even a colony....
Please! Get your facts straight.

I graduated in 1990 and just a FYI, we didn't' have websites like this but the top houses when I went through rush were:
Top tiered sororities:
Tri delta, PiPhi, Chi Omeg, gamma phi
Middle tier:
Delta zeta, ZTA,
Lower tier:
AGD, ADP, alpha phi and kappa delta
Tri sigs were just coming to campus
Frats:
Sigma chi, LXA, sig eps
Phi sigs, ATO, phi psi
AGR. That's all I can remember

Idiot, if you read the post correctly you would see that those are the rankings from 1990 not now. I thought it would be fun to post which houses were top in the day. I have no idea what is top now, but what I do hear is that there is not much of a greek system left.
