I feel like I see this exact same post like three times a week. Either stop asking or look at the other posts. 23 is not too old unless you're uncomfortable with 19 year olds being your pledgemasters and the girls all way younger than you. Otherwise, it's up to you and the fraternities you' rush. Simple as that
