Who is better here? I have two older brothers one was a Sig pi at Kentucky the other was a sig nu at Iowa

I'm sorry but DU is way better than Kappa Sig, Kappa Sig campus crashed and is almost all freshman, hopefully in 2 years you guys will have a decent chapter, but for now you need to learn the ropes.
