unbiased fraternity rankings

Okay so I tried to be as descriptive as possible to justify this. Some may disagree but for the most part this is how the majority of people view fraternities here. (multiple posts)
Top Tier
Pi Kappa Phi
These are your jocks and your athletes, they party hard and are the defacto kings now that Dchi is gone. hard to get into and are well set up for the future. They do have problems with the school sometimes and just recovered from a membership review. Some say they might be the next to get the boot but for now they are pretty solid.
Risk of being booted-Moderate

Alpha Sigma phi
Barely behind Pi Kapp and mostly because their spring class was fairly weak and are sometimes considered try hards. Definitely still top tier but they have seemed to have lost a lot of momentum. One big thing is that a lot of people go here to pregame and leave to go to other places. Doesn't have any discipline problems and is close with the school. Delta Sig is being voted on to come back soon and if that will mean Alpha Sig will lose their house (bc they rent from Dsig alumi)

Middle Tier
ACACIA-Still establishing themselves in the Greek community and don't really have a reputation one way or the other. They recently took the old SAE house and seem to have been been throwing good parties. They have a lot of momentum and seem to have potential. Some people consider them nerds because they have the Highest GPA. However, This fall rush will decide whether or not they->
