dz informally recruits???
by: Real talkHi I'm an incoming freshman and my older friends said sororities who informally rush usually aren't good because they couldn't meet their quota or had a bunch of girls drop. I know that zeta and chi o don't informally rush but dz had like 2 informal rushes last year?? If they're "top house" why do so many girls drop/can't meet their quota. I'm not trying to be rude I'm just curious because they were one of my options and I'm starting to second guess.

Go in with an open mind. All houses have people drop for various reasons. Even "top" houses lose members. Informal is done simply to get to total, and campus total changes every year. Try not to listen to too much chatter as that could cloud your judgement. Meet the women and go from there.
Also, remember just because they were one of your options that doesn't mean you would be one of theirs. Recruitment is mutual, so it's best to keep an open mind and keep your options open. Good luck!
