It refers to May Madness, a tradition in which The top house on campus, Dsig, hosts a charity singing competition for all the Frats/sororitys on campus.

MM refers to March Madness, Chi Omega's philanthropy. It's a huge dance contest were all Greek life competes with elaborate routines. It's been going on for over 40 years.
