Let's say Dchi is kicked off...Who do you guys think will get that beautiful house? I think Fiji or Acacia but who knows.

In all honesty I hate to say it but I think alpha Asig or Phi Psi....ASig doesn't own the house their in and neither does Phi Psi...plus they have the manpower to fill it

Probably a colony or a few current frats like Ato Asig or Fiji, but if Asig got it they would only be renting it because they don't have alumni to base to buy it unlike Ato or colony. Or even phipsi if they don't lose the house they're in. I doubt aopi would get it since they're in the process of getting one built on the property near dchi. But who knows but probably a future colony without decent alum.......probably not sig pi though

Their Nationals own the house. It's not like pike or ato where young America owns the house. It will most be owned by DCHI nationals and leased to another sorority or fraternity. Once they can come back to campus then they will kick them out and re colonize.
