Dchi is the clear cut top house, top house, best pledge class, best guys period.
After that it's really a huge gap between Pikapp who is currently on deferred suspension (1 strike and theyre kicked off) and a dry house but actually has cool guys, and Alpha Sig which is literally a house that consists of kids who didnt get a bid from the aforementioned fraternities. That is the god honest reality lol.

Listen. There are like what 10-12 fraternities on campus? Like it or not Dchi, Asig, Pi Kap are top. Interchangeable order depending on who you ask. Case closed boys. Now let's get back to making sure none of you threw get kicked off cause it's all we have left.

I would say either Dchi or ASig are top 2. Pi kapps fall class sucked and half of them are creeps!
