Because the gorgeous and attractive girls are more dispersed this year throughout all of the houses like Chi O, Zeta, DZ, Zeta, G Phi, Tri Delta, and Phi Sig. All of them have really good looking girls this year. I think girls are getting smarter as the years go and realize that they don't want one of the "top houses" just because of their looks. They want a house that they fit in at and that they will have fun at. What's the point of being in a top house if you're miserable. Some houses are truly slipping and some are pulling great girls more now in recent years. Not all houses can be at the top forever...
