I'm transferring in the fall, and I'll be starting my junior year. Will it lower my chances of getting into a Sorority because I'm a junior?

No! I have a friend that rushed as a junior and everyone in my sorority loves her! It just seems like your chances are less likely because not many juniors rush in the first place.
