Delta Zeta - ΔΖ Sorority at Illinois State University - ISU 1.8 Honestly the fact that these girls are doing informal recruitment is pathetic. They barely kept their retention rate up from fall because they keep treating their new members like crap. FYI DZs if you want to keep your members don't be fake as hell during recruitment and MAYBE you'll live up to your quota and "standards" and keep some of your new members. This house gets worse and worse every year.
