I don't see the need to throw so much shade on such a new group. Their members are all over the place but overall they are mostly very nice girls. No need to hate.

They are new to campus, but every interaction I have had with a girl from this sorority has been positive. They are becoming a larger presence on campus and I look forward to seeing what happens for them in the next few years.

Here to say my piece. I'm an alumnae of a panhellenic chapter at ISU. I am glad to see the panhellenic community grow for sure but it's sad to me that over 100 girls would join a new chapter when other chapters need girls. Sad that people want to be in a good chapter, but they don't want to help make a chapter good. Think how good the smallest chapter would become if you just were to join them

Also as an alum of a panhel sorority at ISU- During recruitment, isn't the point to encourage women to find their own fit, and go where they feel most comfortable? Perhaps they didn't feel comfortable in any of the other established chapters? Maybe some were AOPi legacies? Maybe some just wanted to be part of a new colonization? Expanding our Panhellenic community is long overdue, and the 100 women who joined AOPi found their right fit. Saying you think it's "sad" that these women didn't choose an already established ISU chapter is unnecessary and a passive-aggressive way to make the AOPi women feel guilty for not joining a smaller chapter already at ISU. We as a Panhellenic women should be supporting our community and encouraging its growth. And as far as the smaller chapters on campus, they should keep working on what makes them great, and then the right women will come along. My chapter has had its share of struggles, but they turned it around, even with the arrival of AOPi.

Sounds like you're an alumnae of Pi Phi and you're just throwing shade. Maybe these girls we not interested in Pi Phi and felt like they didn't completely fit with the chapter. I know for a fact almost half of the girls didn't even formally rush. As an alumnae you can still help make your chapter great and be involved with them. As an alumnae you should support the expanding of greek life and not tear it down.

People are just mad because they're new and trying to make a name for themselves. Get to know them before you knock them.

These girls are what we need more of at ISU. Always a fun time and great group of girls to be around. They're rising on campus. So much hate, where's the panhell love? Keep doing great things girls, wear your letters proud!!
