Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at Illinois State University - ISU 3.8 This is a completely unbiased and honest rank from a girl. All you A-Sigs can say it's a self-rank, but it's truly not. Pi Kapp is for sure the top fraternity here, however d chi is a close second. They're your traditional, all-American, hot, douchey frat guys. I've been to quite a few of their parties and everytime their basement has been packed with beautiful, top tier sorority girls. They could stand to get more involved, but their attractiveness makes up for that. Long live Pi Kapp!
