Alpha Sigma Phi - ΑΣΦ Fraternity at Illinois State University - ISU 3.4 Sooo everytime I've interacted with these guys, they were completely respectful. they're super down to earth, and the only frat on campus that act like gentlemen. every single member isn't a "10" but none of them are atrocious either. people who are giving these bad ratings obviously have never met them. popularity isn't a reflection of character in greek life. which is blatantly obvious. especially at ISU
