Bruh the housing lease was for three years. Doesn't matter what fraternity took the house. That's what D-Sig Nationals wanted.

No, the lease is for 2 years, and by then the undergrad dsigs will be gone. When they come back, it'd be all new guys so obviously they're going to let them live there.
