I've been to the house on a couple occasions and I never had a bad time. The guys are nice and very easy to socialize and have fun with. Only thing I would recommend is upgrading the basement.

i’m writing a review of all sororities for pnms. phi sig is rising very fast. they’re considered by some to be a top house, but i hear a lot of mixed opinions about whether or not they’re above zeta. they don’t have a great reputation and they’re known for partying too hard and not caring about school. the girls are all attractive for the most part and they hang out with good frats, but sometimes come across as trashy.

Tri Delta is a great sorority. I have only heard and experienced good things about them. I think sometimes they are underrated; nice and social people once you get to know them. They could have more involvement. Really nice house and close to campus as well

i’m writing a review of all sororities for pnms. kappa is the newest chapter at isu. their house is huge, but i’ve heard they’re sooo expensive. they also have the strictest rules, they constantly get monitored on social media. they have some really pretty girls, but also some super weird ones. they haven’t really found their place yet, but i can see them moving up. i also don’t see them out too often, they’re not really a party house

i’m writing a review of all sororities for pnms. as of right now, gphi could be considered an upper mid, but they seem to be falling lower and lower each year. they LIVE at sig nu. they go out a lot and i don’t even know what their philanthropy is bc they have no events through the year for it. a good house overall, but like i said they’re not as popular as they were a few years ago.

i’m writing a review of all sororities for pnms. tri delta is a solid middle house. they don’t have a bad reputation and they’re a good option, they’re just kind of bland. they have a really great philanthropy, but they don’t seem to go out too much. if you’re looking to party a lot, this might not be the house for you.
