i’m writing a review of all of the sororities for pnms going through recruitment. tri delta is pretty irrelevant here on campus. most girls put it as their second choice on pref night and get it since they didn’t get their first. there’s nothing specifically bad about them, they’re just not memorable. lots of weird and average girls that are pretty bland. they claim to love their philanthropy, but i never see them do much for it. they are big nationally, which is about all they have going for them. i wish i had more to say but it just shows how irrelevant they are. top of the bottom tier or bottom of the mid tier.

I’m rating all the frats on campus. Sig pi has a lot going for it. A cool house in a great spot by the lodge next to two decent sororities. But they can’t do anything with it. They recruit weird guys every semester. They have some fun parties and yeah some hot girls go there but still they’re only barely relevant. Would be dead last if phi psi didn’t come back.

I’m rating all the frats on campus. Snu is in a weird spot. They’re not on the tier of kappa sig in the middle but they’re not quite top. They’re firmly upper mid. They have some fun guys but also some weirdos. Some fun parties some bad parties. They’re a mixed bag. Were on the come up but kinda slowed down. New house flooding didn’t help.

I’m rating all the frats on campus. Fiji got dchis house and became a powerhouse really quickly. People either love them or hate them (I hate them). They throw a lot of parties and a lot of meatheads are attracted to this frat. Pull a lot of top sororities. Best looking house from the outside and I’d call them top house if they weren’t gonna lose their house to dchi soon.

I’m rating all the frats on campus. Kappa sig used to be nobody. But they got a house real quick and started to make stuff happen. However, there’s still a lot of weird guys in this house especially some of the older guys. Some of the seniors are straight up goobs. They partied a lot before they got on probo (which def hurt them) and some were fun but some were bad. In the mid tier.

I’m rating all the frat on campus. A sig is Forsure still a top house. Their guys are cool and their parties are fun. Most girls love them. However they have become more stagnant as the years have gone on. They don’t do too much and their last few classes haven’t been as good. Regardless, they still pull top srats and are definitely in the top 3.

I’m rating all the frats on campus. Acacia used to be like okay but now they’re honestly nothing. They struggle to get anyone cool and have a really weird house far from campus. The guys are nice enough but there’s honestly nothing special about them. Upper Bottom tier.
