Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Colorado State University - CSU 2.2 Guys are alright, but the parties are very mid and honestly does not feel like a fraternity. Everything this fraternity has to offer you could find around campus without paying a few hundred each semester. Very mid and not really worth joining

I guess your comment is from 2021 but I rushed theta chi last semester and I’m a brother now and I have never seen anybody under 18 at one of our parties except for the house owner’s little brother.
