Have to give PM credit because they have worked really hard and moved up the ranks on campus. They are really in demand during recruitment because pnms love them. PM is tops in grades. They have also worked to improve their insta this year and overall profile on campus. Good for my PM friends!

Nice looking girls overall, but it pretty much ends there. Very low profile on campus compared to the other sororities. You see them with one or two frats over and over, but not with sororities. They upped their IG this year, but that does not make a group. They don't seem to hold on to members and not sure why. I can't even think of what they stand out for?

ZTA has some good and some bad going on. They look nice overall as a group, but looks can't keep them at the top spot. It takes a bit more effort. They are involved with frats and are social, but don't put effort into being a part of other sorority events. They can't seem to keep their members all four years and are smaller in numbers compared to other groups. They are never near top in grades compared to other groups. I do like a few ZTAs that I have met, but they are not overly friendly. I have to put out the effort. For these reasons, I do not feel they are a top tier, but more of a mid tier.

PM was my fav during recruitment. I really thought this group was solid, but I ended up with my #2 choice on Prefs. Several of my friends loved PM too, but only one ended up with a bid. They really are a smart and fun group. They have a variety of girls and they all seem to get along. I have spent a great deal of time with them and you are lucky if you get a bid from PM.

ZTA has definitely fallen in the ranks over the last few years. Numbers don't lie. Their membership totals are down and members do seem to drop out. They had to COB this past recruitment. You shouldn't need to do that if you are the top group on campus and if you are desired by pnms. They kind of remind me of high school all over. ZTA is really not active on campus like other sororities. They come out for a few frats and partake in their events. Seems like they just do the bare minimum. Something is off about ZTA and I don't think they really care.
