change in future?

So with sororities and fraternies it seems like one of on the rise and the other is on the fall. Always saying this since I've been here. Has anyone actually ever climbed to the top or fallen? Or is it always said? I guess phi gam is one example-haven't been here too long but pretty high now.

Overall. I know we're getting a new Greek life director...anyone think that could be a new beginning? Sororities seem to be the same year after year but fraternities seem to always be changing. In honesty-who do you see on the rise or fall? We'll have to see about this sigma pi and sigma Nu thing. No telling where they'll go.
