East Carolina University - ECU Greek Life Reviews

Honestly very impressed with how ECU has turned greek life around. Now we have something to build from. Alot of the negative culture was removed. Fraternities are getting houses, recruitment numbers are going up, and the community is building.

Greek life is awesome a bunch of cool parties and events!

Imma keep it real with y’all. Ecu Greek life has the potential to be SEC caliber but the MAJOR difference between ecu Greek life and SEC Greek life is that sec schools actually care about their chapters and Greek life and actually caters to them. Ecu meanwhile could careless about Greek life and recently led a crusade particularly against fraternities, yet the social scene is still dominated by Greek life here at ecu. The sorority girls here are some of the most attractive in the entire southeast (not joking) while the frat guys are pretty are pretty average. All the sororities have houses but the not all the frats do. Overall a slightly above average Greek life scene even without full support from ecu administration

ecu needs to figure out what their game plan is before all greek life is gone. ecu has probably the best greek life in the state (or used to) until the school started cracking down, making it a buzzkill. ecu needs to realize one of their biggest factors for new students is the greek life and if the school keeps doing what their doing it’s going to really hurt them in the end

Too many fraternities kicked off only 2 or 3 decent ones left and only one has a house. The sorority scene is very good though with multiple good houses.

Great opportunities for men and women at ECU!

New greek life office has done tremendous things for the greek life scene and is actually ridding the scene of the organizations that plagued the community. Completely redefining the culture, very bright future ahead. Proud ECU greek.

ecu has the best greek life ever

Sororities all have houses. Only a few fraternities do, but everyone knows the fraternities that have houses. Almost all fraternities haze here. All the party scene revolves around greek life. The greek life office is finally trying to do something about the whole mess though. The groups that dont abide by the new standards are dropping like flies.
