I'm transferring to ECU next fall as a second semester sophomore and really want to rush. Since I'll be a sophomore will the hurt my chances of getting a bid?

Since you're a sophomore, sororities will consider your grades as one of the deciding factors when you're rushing. But it shouldn't hurt your chances too much.
