Does everyone who rushes get a bid? Or is it possible they end up with nothing? I know it's different at some schools so I'm just curious.

Don't listen to the person above, the most likely don't even go here. Yes, it is possible to go bid-less but the best way to prevent that is to keep an open mind throughout the whole recruitment process.
