PKT, Pike, and KA were running the scene until the bartard incident at PKT. Then others moved into the spaces where chapters got booted, schools just cracking down on hazing hard asf now

Phi Gam was irrelevant until mid 2015. They literally had a solid decade of relevance at max. They founded in 2012

If you want an honest answer on prestige and who will always be relevant when they get kicked and restart. Lambda, Sigma Nu, Pike, PKT, KA, and Theta Chi all have rich ass alumni. Their social statuses have wavered based on suspensions, (both PKT and Pike in 2018 were top until they both got booted that same year.) PKT, KA, Pike, and SNU all have the largest alumni pools with KA being hard first and PKT second. Pretty much anyone with deep connections and long time ECU knowledge will admit that these 4 have long holds on Greek Life and the school. ATO, Sig Tau, and Alpha Sig may be relevant now, but they are decades behind catching up to the big 5 alumni, and could easily slip into irrelevance with one hazing case. The rest will always be well known, and well rushed due to house rep, and alumni presence/ control of the school.

sig ep being dry will ultimately damage their rep forever now, their alumni are fun. But they won’t ever be Touse as a dry frat. Sig ep is barely a fraternity now with their no pledging dry house nonsense

Sig Ep just recolonized after PKT and Pike both chartered and they are STRUGGLING. PKT has a solid chapter and is on the rise, Pike gave bids to every man on the planet and is MID.

Agree with all of this but Sig Ep could absolutely come back at ECU regardless of nationals in other schools. They were such a great chapter that I would argue that they will 100% in time

There were multiple great fraternities but they were one of them. It was so fun a few years ago though with the fraternities that have been named. It sucks they were kicked off or how they have to start over, but like someone mentioned, their alumni support them 100% and they’ll come back

PKT Pike KA and SNU have held the legacy high for a long ass time. KA and SNU rn are better currently but PKT is climbing back fast even when people disagree because they are salty. Pike currently dug their own grave giving bids to every kid on the planet.

Phi Gam was not a chapter here until 2012 LMAO. Top Houses in the 80s were KA, Pike, Snu, Lambda, and Phi Tau. ATO, Delt, Phi Gam didn’t exist. Sig Tau, and Asig were closed for a long time, and Ksig was not crazy.
