Theta Chi is Cooked lost their house

Theta Chi might have had one of the funniest fall offs I have ever seen. In a strange turn of events, Alpha Gam terminated their lease with Sig Ep, so they can rent Theta Chis house on a long term lease; which means Theta Chi is losing their house for a long ass time. I do not know what Theta Chi did to piss their alumni off but it is funny as hell that this is happening. Homeless Homeless Homeless, good luck figuring that out!

Get sig ep their house back 👏🏼 they were one of the best fraternities in NC, best house, time to come back
