I'm a freshman and have been initiated into a sorority. I've realized second semester that I'm really not into it and picked the wrong place for me. Is it worth it to drop and wait to rerush?

Once you are initiated into a sorority, you can't drop and join another one.

If you really don't feel like your current sorority is the right fit I would just advise you to go inactive. There are ways to "negate" your sisterhood but that would be done through nationals and the process isn't pretty and very time consuming. Also rarely works.

Once you have been initiated you cannot join another sorority. Ever.
