What do I need to do to get into a top tier sorority here? I want to be fully prepared for the fall recruitment and am determined to be top tier!!

No. Just no. This is why you’ll end up either dropped by everyone or just joining a group that you don’t actually belong in and drop after a year. Don’t join a sorority based on their stereotype. Join where you feel comfortable.
