I heard Sig Nu is getting the church house, boat house and the house being renovated by Zeta. Anyone know if that is true? Who is getting the Pi Kapp House? Why is no one in the Alpha Phi House still?

Sig Nu is not getting the renovated house, but they are getting church I heard. Alpha Phi isn’t gonna rent the house out to anyone.

Alpha Phi's house is owned by their nationals, so they're keeping it until they come back on campus.

Sig Nu got the renovated house on 5th by ZTA, and took the boat house from phi tau and the church from chi phi

Alpha Sig is looking into getting the apartment building right next to the new Sigma Nu house

Alpha Phi is probably going to get their date of return pushed back since they had that formal at stilllife, so their house may be available
