why do frats still haze?

I know that frats haze for a reason. But do they seriously not learn anything from other frats that have hazed and then been kicked off? Or do they not care? You’d think they would learn from other frats but I guess not.

Most will agree that hazing brings you closer to your brothers. Its a way to bond. Like yea not when it goes too far and people die but in the end you come out with a better sense of brotherhood
