Can someone answer the top 3 things that matter for sorority recruitment and what the girls look for when you're rushing

It’s awful, but looks. The first 2 days are literally all about how you look. HOWEVER, if you’re super gorgeous but are boring and can’t hold a conversation, most houses will probably drop you when it comes to house tours. As you move further along during rush it’s all about who you have the best connection with. So: looks and personality. There really isn’t a third. Good luck!
