gpa for sororities

Will sororities drop you for having a GPA before a 3.0? I'm curious if there's any point in me rushing or if I will just get dropped for having a 2.9.

They will not drop you, you go on an academic probation and usually just are given study hours you have to attend or have someone vouche for you!
