ok so i'm going to group recruitment and at one sorority i talked to 4 different girls on house tour, including the VP and President of the sorority. does that mean they liked me??? they individually csme up to introduce themselves to me.

I would say that's a good sign but there are never any guarantees. But I would feel really good about that!
