sororities updated: post spring 17'

I did one of these for Fraternities so I'll do one for sororities.
Theres a lot more talk around fraternities than sororities, but that doesn't mean change in the tiers doesn't go unnoticed. Here is the updated list at the end of the spring.
High: Chi O, ADPI
Top: AXD, ZTA
Mid: Sigma, DZ, Phi Mu, A Phi
Struggle bus: AOII, KD
Final notes: AXD had a great year. Phi Mu started to climb. Sigma seemed to lack effort. Aphi fell quite a bit.
Potential Risers: Phi Mu
Potential Sliders: DZ\n\n\n\n\n
