What makes ADPi and ChiO top tier? Is it just the name?

They make an effort every year to have beautiful, fun, social, chill girls, do things with other organizations on campus, stay involved. I have noticed that they've gotten more chill over the years, but I think everyone has and that's a good thing. Basically they make the effort to live up to their name

But don't choose a house based on tiers. Go where you feel that you fit and are the happiest. Every house are great in their own way and has awesome girls!
