I think years ago they were lower ranked here but they've gotten so much better - should be mid-level. Really with the large amount of PNMs and the relatively small number of sororities they're all good.

They take the leftover PNMs and don't do anything. Do you hear about them doing any philanthropy? They are so catty

AOPi just hasn't compared to the rest going back 20+ years and has always been bottom tier. The girls they tend to get are the ones cut from better houses (mid to top tier) for whatever reason (appearance, personality, common goals and interests). Sure, there might be a few gems in there. But, get ready for the attitudes to change following Bid Day due to jealousy of other houses' great pledge classes. They will get very stuck up and that keeps them on the bottom. Instead of feeding on their jealousies and, therefore, putting their noses in the air, they need their jealousy to fuel them to raise in the ranks. It just seems to never come to fulfillment.

Don't let these comments or the negative things people say about AOPi on here get to you. They are a great group of diverse girls who care about their philanthropies and each other. They have plenty of girls who could have easily went ADPi, Chi O, or Sigma. In my roommate's pledge class most girls had AOPi left on pref night along with DZ, Alpha Phi, or Zeta.
