just wondering if y'all could tell me why phi Mu is ranked so low? Do they not party or something? What frats do they interact with?

Phi mu is ranked lower because it is new to ECU's campus. They isn't anything wrong with them. They party. They're attractive for the most part. I'd say the only reason is because they are new. They have a great rep too
