I see that Delta Zeta is ranked top tier yet all of the reviews are pretty negative so I was just wondering if these rankings are up to date/accurate because from all of the other reviews I've read, ZTA and Alpha Phi seem to have more positive ratings

The rankings are never accurate. People give bad rankings to top tiers and great rankings to bottoms. The more reliable rankings are in the discussions
