Honey, their house is in the ghetto or whatever term fits poor and crime filled. The only neighbor is Phi Tau. It's on the side of 5th Street where it changes to Martin Luther King Blvd. Very down trodden area. Every other house is safely by ECU off of 5th or 10th Streets. A house that big will have a lots of rooms to fill and an eventual expectation to room and board there. Just leaving your car there should scare you.

I've heard their security is top notch considering they are on that side of town. There's a threat of crime wherever you are in Greenville.

ZTA is full of super hot girls. They get along with everyone and are always down to party. They're all obsessed with each other and do a lot of service work.

I think ZTA has the widest range of girls so it depends on who you meet in ZTA if you like them. Half the girls stay in and go to Joyner and the other half gets hammered every day.

I am going through recruitment this coming fall and I really hope to go ZTA. The girls seem like they have a really close connection with each other and they do a good job promoting their philanthropy at sports events and around campus. They are super sweet and genuine girls, and their house is by far the best on ECU's campus.
