Just want to say that every sorority is different, just like every girl that goes through recruitment is different. Every sorority is diverse so therefor there is no way to accurately "rank", rate, or judge sororities. There is no need to rate sororities or fraternities based on their "looks" and "tier"; not sure why this website still exists and hope that everyone decides to go through recruitment to see for themselves what each sorority is about rather than looking to others for their opinions. Every sorority on campus can be an example of a great sisterhood, very social, very involved, very classy, very popular, very friendly, smart, and athletic in their own ways. Put these comments to the test and see for yourself by going through recruitment.

It's a shame that a sorority I so loved went from one of the best to the absolute worst. This past year has been awful and no socials. When a sorority kicks out 60+ girls you should question WHY? could this happen to me? and what was so bad for that many to get kicked out? Why would a sorority not try to give out a different discipline to girls that never even had a judicial. Good luck trying to have any good socials this year. Pretty sure the only seniors left are the ones that are on exec. Rush is going to be awful....if you get picked for this house trust me....RUN!!

Awful sisterhood. Hardly did any socials . The ones that were done were awful. Worst year ever. Use to love it so much. They kicked out over 60 girls who actually loved it but disagreed with what was happening. Do not recommend this sorority until the advisor and exec changes. You can not be an individual and have an opinion and be in this sorority. They just disregard their sisters like yesterday’s news.

60+ girls got kicked out for something so minor. Girls that have been in this sorority for 4 years even had their alumni status taken away after graduation. Is that what you want to be part of?! Horrible sisterhood. Hopefully the remaining sisters wake up and support the ones that were tossed out. You can demand change you do not have to accept what is happening...speak up to Nationals!! OH and btw I guess the exec council doesn't like that I am telling YOU to have a voice because they keep having my posts deleted....

I was a part of this sorority for over two years, but now I have CHOSEN to remove myself due to the actions of the current exec and advisors. Yes, I met lifelong friends and had a blast for the first few semesters I was involved. But, this year things have taken a turn for the worst. Sisterhood events had to be capped because we had no budget, our socials were very limited, and the fun was sucked out of every formal event. We were told that we were in national trouble , and that's why things like breathalyzer and police presence were happening at our events, yet when sisters called nationals they informed us that we were not on any type of probation, or even warning. Graduating seniors had their alumni status ripped away from them for choosing not to attend a formal even that was riden with negativity. ZTA lost girls who truly loved this chapter over something so petty and it's truly a shame to watch something I once loved so much go down like this.

ZTA has changed durastically over the years and I really hate to see it. Recently they kicked out about 60 sisters for hanging out together because apparently this is an “unsanctioned event”. About half of these were women that already graduated and worked very hard in this chapter but the new leaders have something different in mind. Good luck during recruitment ladies!! You’ll need it

It really is such a shame watching a chapter that was once so good experience such a hard fall. Best of luck to the remaining girls in ZTA at ECU, hopefully you all can salvage what is left of this horrible mess your leaders have made.

THE GOOD ONES HAVE ALREADY LEFT OR GRADUATED. ZTA has already reached their peak so now it is all downhill from here. Do not rush zeta unless you want to be controlled by a power hungry executive council and if you want to lose thousands of dollars. You are better off being a GDI.

Dear Frat men and sorority women, Please for the love of God stop commenting about chapters you know nothing about! Unless you are in the chapter or have been in the chapter then you know nothing about it. PNMs if you are reading this please don’t base your ideas and assumptions on a website used for self ranking and used to bad mouth and spread rumors about a chapter they are not in. It’s that easy. Especially in a time when Greek life needs to stop faul mouthing one another and come together to support the growth of all chapters at ECU. All fraternities and sororities at ECU are great and they are all different for a reason. Chose the one chapter that makes you feel at home. Don’t base it off a ranking website where people go to write reviews when they’ve been dumped or have had a little liquid courage. If you don’t like what I have to say then you know what I am saying is true and do us all a favor and log off and leave your nasty comment to yourself.
